Sydney has been involved in the esports industry for more than 15 years. He is a former professional player in Call of Duty with his last professional tournament being the Alienware Masters Gaming 2012. He holds a Master degree in Sports Management and was a project manager in international sports events such as Tour de France, Euro 2016, and Jumping de la Baule/World University Golf Championship. His love and passion for gaming led him back into the esports industry and eventually to the TENSTAR family.
Michael “afr0” Todner has over six years in the esports industry in leading, commercial, talent, and management roles. His start in the industry came with the creation of RADIX Esports - an organisation created by Michael that won multiple esports championships and helped to nurture and develop many now renowned players.
Mickael brings with him a plethora of competitive esports experience both as a player and coach. Mickael first started as a player in 2018 competing in CS:GO LANs with 'PGS' before creating 'The Dice'. This was followed by a top 20 VALORANT team near release placing in First Strike Europe. He now is the head coach of Nova.
Kieran joins TENSTAR with a plethora of industry experience - being a founder, former owner and key figure in Horizon Union - one of the biggest UK based content Creation and Brand promoting businesses. While at Horizon Kieran oversaw the brand grow to over 200,000 followers across socials and recruit some of at that time the most promising and largest content creators in gaming. As an acting Engagement Director for TENSTAR and its sister company, Adamo Gaming Kieran will work within the organisations to help plan and develop their corporate strategy.
Adrian Sadkowski was born in Krakow, Poland. At 15 years old he moved to the UK and began playing CS:GO semi-professionally for 3 years. After failing to go pro he focused on learning online marketing and building his own brand before joining TENSTAR to grow their TAP3 programme.
