Nelo returns to active Nova roster

TENSTAR Nova player Mathilde 'NeloBeltoise returns to the active roster ahead of the upcoming Huntress Trials.

Following a third-place finish at EMEA Game Changers #4 TENSTAR concluded that reverting to its original 2x title-winning roster would allow them to best prepare for the next phase of the competitive cycle.

Original Nova member 'Nelo' was benched in early December with the addition of RacheLL later that month - a change designed to aid in adjusting TENSTAR Nova's play style.

The club made the current roster decision in the hope of boosting its prospects of competing in the inaugural GC World Championships by reuniting its championship roster.

Post 'Nelo's' move to the active roster RacheLL will depart TENSTAR and is open to exploring her options.

'Nelo' joined TENSTAR after the club's signing GangsterzZ and went on to win 2 consecutive Game Changers, and a Huntress Trials - cementing herself as one of the finest talents in GC VALORANT.

On the roster change, TENSTAR CEO Tom Roderick said:

TENSTAR  General Manager Sydney Meral added:

"To start off 2022, our last GC result was not the one we wanted. And we felt we needed to take a step further forward from this last tournament.

We, at TENSTAR, make every change to our playing resource a considered decision. The decision to bring back Mathilde has been made unanimously by players, support staff and the management.

Nelo has been a really strong asset for the team, throughout the Game Changers series in 2021.

We expect nothing but the same if not better for this year and we thank Rachel for everything she has done for us in a short amount of time."

TENSTAR thanks RacheLL for her commitment to the club and wish her the best in her future endeavours.
