11 Questions for TENSTAR SEACYAT-

Why did you choose TENSTAR?

I saw joining TENSTAR as an exciting opportunity to join an up-and-coming esports company. I was also made to feel welcome in TENSTAR’s relaxed working environment which aided my decision.

What is your favourite game?

My favourite game probably has to be Street Fighter, it’s the game I have sunk the most hours into over the years. It has really helped me improve my fundamentals across fighting games as a whole.

What was your first gaming experience?

I have been playing video games since I was a kid, my earliest memories are playing Crash Bandicoot and Pokémon Ruby on my Gameboy.

What do your parents think of your role in esports?

My parents are supportive and encouraging, they tune into any tournament I enter.

If you were not doing this, what would you want to be?

Plumbing! That is my trade, it’s what I’m qualified in, and I enjoy doing it.

What team/player, if any, do you look up to?

I look up to many players namely - Foxygrampa, SonicFox, Problem X, Bonchan, Tokido.

Favourite hobby?

During my youth in the Caribbean, I would go diving very often, but it’s not very practical in Birmingham due to a severe lack of ocean, so now I mainly just watch a lot of sports like MMA and football.

What one item would you take to a desert island and why?

Swiss army knife. Why? Because a Swiss Army knife has many tools that can help with survival. Maybe a bit boring I know, but I am trying to live.

Favourite MK character?

Sub-Zero. He has a bad rep in the community because of his playstyle in recent games, however, I still find him really cool.

Where do you see yourself in 5 years?

In five years, I would like to retire as the GOAT in fighting games and run off into the sunset. I got some work to do...

What are your current goals in esports?

My current goal is to become a consistent Top 8 placer at majors in both Street Fighter and NRS titles.
