TENSTAR Nova's Soyeon sat down with us for some rapid-fire questions on food, firsts and the future!
Who is your favourite agent and why?
Sova, because he’s my main obviously - but mostly because it’s a hard character to play at first, but when you learn how to play it it’s really powerful and helpful for your team.
Why did you choose TENSTAR?
I didn’t choose TENSTAR, TENSTAR choose me!
What made you get into Valorant?
I used to play Overwatch and CS:GO before, this is where I discovered my love for FPS games. When Valorant was released, I tried it, and I haven't stopped playing since.
What is your favourite game?
What was your first gaming experience?
I started playing video games on the computer in 2018 but I wasn’t playing competitively at the time.
What is your highlight of 2021?
My highlight of 2021 is the moment I joined TENSTAR for sure!
Who was the toughest opponent you have faced?
I have faced many good players but no one has really impressed me.
Favourite food/drink?
Sushi and Ice tea!
Who is your celebrity crush?
What update would you most want in Valorant?
An update where the run and gun is REALLY nerfed.
What advice would you give to a younger self?
To always work hard for what you want, don’t let people tell you that you’re not gonna do it and most importantly - always be confident no matter what happens.
Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
I see myself as the best female player in the world and everyone will know my name.
Where do you see TENSTAR in 5 years?
I hope to see TENSTAR as the number one team in Europe or even better - the number one team in the world!
